No. All product listings, FAQs, changelogs, and public pages are accessible without logging in. An account is only required to purchase products or manage your orders.

The best way to get support is through our Discord server. You can also submit a bug report or suggestion directly from the site using the links in the navigation menu.

We post updates and changelogs on the site as features ship. You can also join our Discord server for the latest announcements.

Click Sign Up in the top-right corner and fill in your details. You'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, you can request a new verification email from your account settings. Make sure the email address on your account is correct.

On the login page, click Forgot Password and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. The link expires after 1 hour.

Yes — head to Settings and update your details from there. Changing your email will require re-verification of the new address.

The verified badge is a Storption-granted status awarded to recognised organisations, creators, and notable accounts — similar to the verified tick on platforms like X or TikTok. It cannot be purchased, and is separate from email verification.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

It depends on the product. Most products are one-time purchases that grant permanent access. Subscription-based products are clearly marked on their listing.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a genuine issue with a product, contact us on our Discord server within 14 days of purchase and we'll look into it.

Enter a valid discount code at checkout and the discount will be applied to your order total before payment. Codes are case-insensitive and can generally be used multiple times, though some codes may be set with a per-account or overall usage limit.

Site credit is balance applied to your Storption account that can be used toward future purchases. It's applied automatically at checkout before any card charge.

Your full order history is on your Orders page, the button is in your profile. You'll find details for each purchase including dates, amounts, and product names.

Services are custom Discord bots built specifically for you — Storption handles all the development, hosting, and maintenance, and you simply configure and use the bot. Single Bots are pre-made, ready-to-use Discord bots you purchase from the store and host yourself, though Storption also offers an optional hosting add-on for Single Bots.

Browse the Discord store and select the Service that fits your needs. After purchasing, Storption builds, hosts, and manages the bot for you — no hosting or technical setup required on your end.

After purchasing a Single Bot, download the bot files from your dashboard and host it on your own server or hosting provider. Alternatively, you can purchase Storption's hosting add-on and we'll handle the hosting and management for you.

Yes — Storption offers a hosting add-on for Single Bots. If you'd rather not self-host, we can run and maintain the bot on your behalf so you never have to worry about uptime or updates.

For Services and Storption-hosted Single Bots, report the issue on our Discord server and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible. For self-hosted Single Bots, you manage your own hosting — though you can always reach out on Discord for guidance.

Services and Storption-hosted Single Bots receive updates automatically — we handle everything. If you self-host a Single Bot, updates are made available to download from your dashboard whenever a new version is released.

We expect all users to act respectfully across the site, Discord server, and support channels. Abuse, fraud, chargebacks without contact, or harassment may result in account suspension.
