By using Storption you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By accessing or using storption.com or any of its subdomains (collectively, “the Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Storption is operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom and is not a registered company.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Storption reserves the right to terminate accounts found to belong to users under 13 without notice.
Storption provides custom Discord bot development, managed bot hosting services, and pre-made bot products (“Services”). Service availability, pricing, and features are subject to change at any time.
Custom and managed services require you to provide accurate order details. Storption will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described but does not guarantee specific delivery timelines unless explicitly stated in writing.
You may optionally link your Discord account to Storption via OAuth to access Discord-related features. Disconnecting your Discord account removes the linked data from your Storption profile.
Storption allows purchases to be made as gifts for other users. Gifted orders are subject to the same terms as standard purchases, including the non-refund policy.
Storption may decline or cancel an order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued for that order only.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Storption does not store or have access to your payment card details at any time. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe’s terms .
Prices are displayed in your selected currency (GBP, USD, or EUR). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All sales are considered final. Refunds are entirely at Storption’s discretion and are granted only in exceptional circumstances. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that refunds are unlikely and not guaranteed.
Any refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.
The only circumstance in which a refund is guaranteed is if Storption is wholly unable to fulfil an order — in that case, a full monetary refund for the affected order will be issued. This does not apply to partial dissatisfaction, delays, or requests to change an already-delivered product or service.
In all other cases where Storption exercises its discretion to offer a refund (for example, as a goodwill gesture), any such refund will be issued exclusively as Storption site credit and not as a monetary refund to your original payment method. Site credit has no cash value and may only be used toward future purchases on Storption.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
If you have a genuine dispute, please contact support@storption.com before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
Subscription services (managed bots, hosting plans) are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period. After the period ends, the service will be deactivated.
If a renewal payment fails, Storption will automatically retry over the following days. During this time your subscription enters a grace period. If payment remains unsuccessful:
Storption reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if payment fails or if the account is found to be in violation of these terms.
Where a product, service, or associated benefit (including but not limited to support) is described as “Lifetime” or marked with an asterisk (“Lifetime*”), this refers to the lifetime of that specific product or service offering, not the lifetime of the purchaser, their account, or any indefinite or guaranteed period of time.
“Lifetime support”, where offered, means ongoing support for the delivered product for as long as Storption continues to offer that product and support services remain operationally viable. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not guarantee specific response times, resolution outcomes, or availability at any particular time. The scope, channels, and methods of support may change at any time.
Storption reserves the right to discontinue, retire, or materially alter any product, service, or associated support at any time. In the event that a “Lifetime” product or service is discontinued, access and any associated support will cease at the point of discontinuation. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances, in accordance with the Refund Policy set out in Section 05.
By purchasing a “Lifetime” product, you acknowledge and accept that “Lifetime” access and support are contingent on Storption continuing to operate and offer that product or service. Storption makes no guarantee that any product, service, or support offering will remain available indefinitely.
All code, bots, assets, and work product created or delivered by Storption remain the exclusive intellectual property of Storption. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered work for your own purposes.
You may not resell, sublicence, redistribute, or claim ownership of any work delivered by Storption. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the source code without prior written consent from Storption.
All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with Storption are the property of Storption and may not be used without explicit permission.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storption shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Storption’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the event.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Storption does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Storption reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
For significant changes, Storption will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the site or by email.
